As an essential service, we provide you and family with a comprehensive range of eye care services, from spectacles and contact lenses for all lifestyle and budget needs to “spectacles spa”: ultrasonic thorough cleaning of glasses, nosepad replacements, and adjustments.
We are an officially accredited SG Clean business, which means we diligently do temperature checks, support contact tracing and screen respiratory symptoms for all staff, customers and visitors, per the most updated government advisories. Please cooperate with our wonderful team of optometrists and opticians to stringently implement SG Clean precautions to ensure a clean, safe and comfortable setting for your eye care. Using alcohol swabs, we vigorously wipe down every machine part with facial contact.
We have plenty of hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes and masks for your and our use. We wipe down every counter and interaction surfaces after each customer visit.
We set frames you’ve tried on aside, and sanitize all thoroughly before the next customer handles them.
We diligently control 1-metre customer spacing and have different counters for different groups. No more than 10 in-store at a time.
We use breath shields on our machines to protect airborne particle contact between you and us.
